The President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, has been appointed as the chairman for the official launch of a book that highlights the remarkable accomplishments of the outgoing President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), scheduled for Friday.
Titled "A Promise Kept: Compendium of Significant Achievements of President Muhammadu Buhari Administration," the book launch will take place on Friday at the State House Conference Centre in Abuja, starting at 4:00 pm. Vice President, Prof Yemi Osinbajo, will be present as the guest of honor.
A special invitation, issued by the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Senator Abdullahi Adamu, has been sent to distinguished individuals from various political and business sectors across the country.
This announcement follows the recent official commissioning of the Dangote Refinery in Lekki, Lagos, by President Buhari, which witnessed the attendance of President Nana Akufo-Addo of Ghana, President Mahamat Déby of Chad, President Mohamed Bazoum of Niger, President Macky Sall of Senegal, and President Faure Gnassingbé of Togo.
The invitation states: "On behalf of the National Working Committee of the All Progressives Congress, the National Chairman, in collaboration with the MBO Dynamic Support Group, cordially invites the following dignitaries to the launch of the book titled 'A PROMISE KEPT: Compendium of Significant Achievements of President Muhammadu Buhari Administration.'"
